    Our 5K Run/Walks and other events take place throughout the United States. Run or walk, donate or volunteer! Bring your family and friends, enjoy friendly competition by seeing who can create the largest team or raise the most contributions.  Find a Get Your Rear in Gear Event in your area.

  • Start Your Own Event
    Unable to locate a Get Your Rear in Gear activity in your city or state? Create your own! Tap into your talents and connections to develop a walk/run or other event, and bring us one step further to accomplishing our goal of sponsoring an activity in all 50 states!

  • Volunteer
