This is your chance to make a difference. Join us at an official Get Your Rear in Gear event.  Nothing in your state or area?  Think about starting your own event.  Your effort could touch the lives of your family, neighbors, co-workers or the people you pass on the sidewalk everyday.

Can't make it to a Get Your Rear in Gear 5K?  Are you interested in participating in a longer distance event and still want to raise funds for colon cancer?

Download instructions for more information. It's easy to create a personal fundraising page for your own Run, Bike, Triathalon or other fundraising opportunity.

Start Your Own Event

Our goal is to have a Get Your Rear in Gear event in all 50 United States. While our first efforts have been focused on working with local organizers to develop runs, walks, and other sporting events, a Get Your Rear in Gear event can be many things! Organize a bake sale, have a garage sale, or sell a product and donate a percentage of the proceeds to the Colon Cancer Coalition.
