Central Ohio Get Your Rear in Gear 5K

JOIN US for the inaugural Central Ohio Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run/Walk in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.  Medals will be awared to the top 10 overall 5K Runners and Cancer Survivors.  Other activities include a Silent Auction, Petting Zoo, Face painting and other family friendly activities. Bring the whole family for a great day while fighting colon cancer in the Mt. Vernon community.  Monies raised will support support colon cancer awareness, education, and screening in Central Ohio.
