Appreciation Party

In celebration for the success of the 2007 Get Your Rear in Gear 5K, the Colon Cancer Coalition hosted an Appreciation Party for our Sponsors and Volunteers. It was an opportunity to thank key volunteers like Ruth Edstrom, Malia Frey and Stephanie Byland for their efforts, along with handing out the awards to our top Individual Fundraiser, Shari Corwin. The Largest Team, the Team that Raised the Most Funds and the Team with the Best Team Identifier awards were swept by the Beth’s Brigades Team, represented by Co-Captains Christy Partington and LeAnne Van Berkom. We were also pleased to have many of our Team Captains join us and receive their gifts. There were over 75 Teams in the 2007 event, and they along with a lot of individual fundraisers, help push our fundraising well above our $25,000 goal.
