
Join us for the second annual Rochester Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run, Walk, and Kids’ Dash. We are pleased to be an official event of the 2009 RochesterFest. Meet with friends, families, co-workers and colorectal cancer survivors to make an impact and raise awareness. The walk and run will begin in the Common Area directly outside the Civic Center’s Main Doors.

An Official Team is group of 10 or more family, friends, co-workers, classmates, athletes or anyone else you can recruit. Team members can be a combination of walkers, runners and kids. Be creative and make your team really stand out. A Team Kit will be sent to the Team Captain to help you get started or
