The Colon Cancer Coalition encourages all participants to get their rears in gear prior to race day.  Use this checklist to bring your healthiest self to the starting line.  Click on the links to get more information.

Get Fit

  •  Get Fit.  Download the 5K Training Plan to get fit for race day or learn how to improve your pace.

  •  Eat Well.  Basic nutritional changes can have a major impact! 

Get Healthy

Get Connected

  •  Form a Team.  Friends and family will keep you accountable on your path to wellness. Make it a group effort and raise awareness and funds for colon cancer at the same time. 

Get Answers

  •  Ask the Doctor.   Questions about general health, aging, colon cancer prevention and treatment are answered by a panel of nationally known physicians. 
  •  Ask the Trainer.  A panel of three fitness experts is waiting to answer your questions about preparing for your first 5K, training as you age, or general fitness concerns.
